ARRIVE at the airport AT LEAST 2 HOURS prior to a domestic flight and 3 HOURS prior to an International flight.



Children 2 and under are FREE with one per paid adult fare, however children under 2 must sit on adult's lap if no seats available.

If my flight arrives close to the bus departure time, will the driver wait for me?

No, the Disneyland Resort Express upon a scheduled basis, so the driver is not able to wait, however you can get on the next bus on the schedule.


Does the bus depart on time?

We strive to depart on time, but factors life traffic and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays.


Will I make it in time to board the bus?

Certain factors like flight delay and waiting for luggage can determine if you make the bus, Please check with your airline to obtain information on the average disembarkment time and time to wait for luggage. If you miss the bus you can wait for the next one.


How long is the walk from the baggage claim to the Disneyland Resort Express bus?

About 5 minutes or less


Is there a Disneyland Resort Express ticket booth at LAX airport?

No, the bus will stop next to the green overhead sign "FLYAWAY" starting at Terminal 2, then evert Terminal there after. An onboard ticket agent will collect your payment. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED, all major credit / debit cards are accepted. We recommend if possible buy your ticket this our mobile friendly website. We accept printed tickets, or we can scan the ticket on your mobile device.


Is there a Disneyland resort Express ticket booth at SAN airport?

Yes, our ticket booth is located on the ARRIVAL (lower) level in the Ground Transportation Center.
